Mission

Our mission is to promote the physical and mental health of children.
Vision
“小児・新生児医療を通じて、こどもたちが幸せに暮らせるように支援すること”
Our vision is to serve in the field of pediatrics and neonatal medicine in order to help create a society where children are happy.
Values
“責任、思いやり、信頼性”
Our values that express our beliefs include "Accountability, Compassion, and Trustworthiness" (ACT).

Accountability: We take responsibility for all personal and team actions toward promoting the physical and mental health of children and their families.

Compassion: We serve everyone, including children, their families, and our colleagues, with warmth and kindness.
